I can't even touch my toes – can I still do yoga?
Congrats! You are in exactly the right place. I have been practicing yoga for 20 years + still struggle to reach my toes!
(it might be my t-rex arms) Touching your toes is not a pre-requisite for yoga; in fact, I might argue that NOT being able to touch your toes
is a better qualification.

What if I don't know any names of the poses??
Excellent question. That is totally okay. I will guide you through the movements at an easy to follow pace, using directional terms – not Sanskrit. With the small class size, I am able to provide extra instruction, should you need it.

Do I need to wear yoga clothes?
  Nope. As long as you are comfortable and can move freely – you are ready to practice yoga! We often go barefoot on the mat, to prevent slipping.

What do I need to bring?
If you have a yoga mat, great! If not – I have extras. A water bottle is also a good idea.

What is Yoga Tune Up and how does it differ from other yoga classes?
